Address customer issues by investigating concerns, developing solutions, and preparing reports for management recommendations. Maintain professional knowledge by participating in educational workshops and reviewing industry publications.

Document historical sales data by maintaining records of area and customer transactions. Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results as necessary.
