Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at Omni Interactions, Inc. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to Fortune 500 companies via phone, chat, and email
  • Interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Work in a flexible schedule with majority of hours during weekdays and daytime
  • Meet or exceed client performance metrics and earn competitive hourly rates
Requirements:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
  • Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
Technical Requirements:
  • Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and high-speed wired internet
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
Important Information:

Please note that you cannot use Mobile home internet or Satellite internet service. You must have a valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed and a wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication.

We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC.

Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.

The relationship between you and Omni Interactions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment.
