Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rental transactions and gather primary financial data for property accounting records.
  • Prepare and distribute notices to residents.
  • Deliver exceptional service to residents, prospective residents, and internal team members.
  • Address resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives as required.
  • Assume the Property Manager's responsibilities in their absence.
  • Adhere to Bridge policies and procedures while complying with Fair Housing, state, and federal regulations.
  • Follow all safety protocols and report safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in using standard office equipment, including telephones, the Internet, fax machines, and photocopiers.
  • Intermediate skills in computer usage and data entry.
  • Must exhibit professionalism, energy, organization, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset at all times.
  • Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of communicating with residents, colleagues, and management in a tactful manner.
