Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Accounts Receivable department at Ryde Technologies, LLC. This role involves supporting the management of the AR team, including tasks related to reporting, analysis, and collections.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in billing and collections
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Accounts Receivable Manager in supervising the AR team
- Evaluate risks associated with assigned accounts and respond to information promptly
- Engage with assigned accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices and assist customers in resolving any issues
- Manage the retrieval and forwarding of necessary documentation as requested by assigned accounts
- Coordinate with the relevant salesperson or station regarding accounts with issues to ensure they are informed of customer-related problems
- Prioritize tasks and communicate with supervisors, stations, and sales teams when necessary, including updating credit information and assessing provided data
- Monitor the aging of assigned accounts
- Collaborate with your supervisor or manager to identify accounts that should be referred to a collection agency in a timely manner
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments
