Field of Talent is one of the country's largest autism therapy providers, and we are seeking a Psychological Services Director to join our team. As a Licensed Psychologist, you will lead our clinical services team and provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning for patients receiving ABA therapy.

We offer a highly competitive salary of up to $140,000 per year, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus. You will also have the opportunity to engage in the design and implementation of clinical outcomes studies and performance improvements.

About the Role:

You will monitor evidence-based clinical care models, standards, guidelines, and exceed expectations. You will also protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  1. Doctoral degree and licensed in the state applicable as a Psychologist
  2. Proficiency with screenings/diagnostic assessments including ADOS, ADI-R, Sensory Profile, Vineland, and CARS
  3. Expertise in case conceptualization and report writing
  4. Compassion, self-sufficient, problem solver, effective communicator, and detail-oriented
