We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Fertility Program Coordinator to join our team at US Fertility. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our fertility programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients, providing expert support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
  • Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicate physician orders and instructions to ensure seamless care.
  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
  • Work independently to achieve program goals, promoting excellence in customer service and supporting the growth of our fertility programs.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy, and speed with data entry.
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology.
