Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our fertility treatment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including financial and insurance information
  • Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization through effective scheduling and coordination
  • Address customer and patient concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring effective short-term and long-term resolution
  • Provide timely feedback to the practice regarding service failures or patient concerns
  • Consult with patients regarding their benefits, coverage, and financial options
  • Greet patients and visitors to the office, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy, and speed with data entry
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
