About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager Informatica P360 to lead our Product Information Management (PIM) efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing process improvements and business logic for PIM capabilities across our business segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Information Management
    • Lead data integration efforts for our PIM solution, connecting internal and external sources, including the integration of business lines with legacy PIM systems.
    • Optimize Informatica P360 for effective product information management, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
    • Manage taxonomy and enhance Digital Asset Management capabilities to support business needs.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues using analytics, pragmatism, and teamwork.
  • General Operations
    • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and lead all aspects of software life-cycle management, ensuring accountability for deliverables.
    • Validate and maintain operational control of Production system configurations.
    • Lead a team of 6 analysts, developers, and administrators in an agile fashion, ensuring accountability for deliverables.
    • Develop system-specific performance metrics for creating business value.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in MIS, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of PIM experience, with hands-on experience as an Informatica P360 Architect and 2-3 years of Digital Asset Management experience.
  • Established and authentic team leadership skills, with demonstrated Scrum Master experience.
  • Passion for business value realization through critical metrics.
  • Proficient in English, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to travel for initiatives and staff development.
