The Role We're SeekingWe are looking for a highly experienced Project Director to lead our design/build projects from concept to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, ensuring quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget. With a strong focus on client relationships, team management, and project execution, you will play a critical role in driving our company's success.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners to develop and manage design schedules
- Establish and manage project forecasts and budgets
- Oversee project execution and ensure timely completion
- Mentor and develop project management staff
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 15+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally design/build
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology
- Previous experience leading a successful project management team
- Ability to work on-site, climb ladders, and scale multi-floor scaffolding
- Ability to lift objects of at least 50 lbs.
