Regional Production Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Production Specialist, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and making a meaningful impact in the insurance industry.
About the RoleAs a Regional Production Specialist, you will be responsible for mentoring colleagues, overseeing programs and processes, and handling complex underwriting tasks. You will thrive by successfully balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, and a risk mind-set.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of achieving goals and outcomes in our Builders Risk team
- Mentor colleagues and promote a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and learning
- Build effective relationships with brokers and deliver a high customer service standard
- Play a key role in new business development, including attending broker events and building new relationships across the market
- Proven underwriting or broking experience in builders risk (or property and/or Inland Marine experience)
- Deep technical expertise and ability to analyze financial statements
- Proven people management skills and a record of developing more junior colleagues
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Customer and sales-oriented behaviors: motivated, tenacious, focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable
