**Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year

**Job Description:

  • Prepares patients and equipment for physical therapist treatments and maintains the department in an orderly condition.
  • Assists with ABI/TBI ultrasounds and wound care treatment as directed.
  • Supports therapist during pelvic floor rehabilitation examinations and treatment.
  • Prepares equipment, checks hydrocollator temps, and assists with patient ambulation and gait training.
  • Changes linens, cleans, and stores equipment after use.
  • Schedules appointments and communicates with third-party payors.
  • Attends administrative meetings and handles multi-line phones.
  • Enters charges into the operating system and optimizes reimbursement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong people skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize work, and schedule time effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, flexibility, and positive attitude.
  • Commitment to quality improvement efforts and adherence to confidentiality requirements.
