Vermont Teletherapy Job: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for 2024-25 Academic Year

We are looking for a dedicated Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional teletherapy services to students in Vermont. VocoVision stands at the forefront of teletherapy, committed to delivering high-quality speech-language pathology services throughout Vermont. Our goal is to assist school districts and educational institutions in addressing the distinct communication needs of their student communities, ensuring that every child receives the essential support necessary for their academic and personal growth.

VocoVision Requirements:

All contractors must obtain general and professional liability insurance before the beginning of assignment. All applicants must be comfortable in understanding this role is strictly 1099. If we feel you are an ideal candidate, we will ask you to complete a brief tech screening ensuring Wi-Fi and download speeds, along with Zoom capabilities, are proficient.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice speech-language pathology.
  • Two (2) years previous experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and administrators.
