We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Epitec. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 3PL vendor relationships, including weekly meetings, forecasting, and funding.
  • Develop and execute field sales strategies, including execution and rewards.
  • Manage marketing field programs, from creative development to printing.
  • Support field mapping processes to ensure systematic support for all field coverage.
  • Provide executive-level weekly updates, highlighting program performance and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for field programs, including training and quarterly business reviews.
  • Travel approximately 10-20% of the time to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant operations experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail operations, communications, sales driving initiatives, vendor management, and field support.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience working with third-party accounts and corporate operations teams.
  • Strong cross-functional skills, with the ability to lead project work and drive end-to-end planning.
  • Adaptability to work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions when needed.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Outstanding written and communication skills, time management, and organization skills.
  • Ability to drive and improve business cadence, setting and improving processes, monitoring execution, and driving accountability and visibility of progress against goals and objectives.
