Director of Development Plano Operations

The Director of Development Plano Operations is a key leadership role at Prestonwood Christian Academy, responsible for developing and implementing the organization's advancement strategy with a focus on the Plano campus. This role provides strategic counsel on organizational communications and marketing in support of the identified strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the organization's advancement strategy for the Plano campus.
- Provide strategic counsel on organizational communications and marketing.
- Work closely with the Director of Corporate Partners & Extracurricular and the Director of Alumni Relations in the planning and execution of long-term giving initiatives.
- Manage a portfolio of donor prospects, working to cultivate, solicit, and steward significant contributions for both the PCA Fund and Sponsor-A-Lion.
- Serve as the lead over the Zig Ziglar Sponsorship Committee-Plano, implementing strategies to secure sponsorships and maximize support.
- Manage and lead current and future development staff members across the Plano campus.
- Highly professional in demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Natural networker.
- Strong public speaking skills.
- Well-versed in Excel, Word, and Raiser's Edge.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and attention to accuracy.
- The ability to respect the importance of confidentiality and trust as it relates to donor information.
- Prestonwood Baptist Church member required.
