About Operations Technology Solutions (OTS)

OTS is on the lookout for technical specialists to enhance our team. We seek a customer-oriented, analytically and technically proficient Senior Program Manager (TPM) who can innovate for our clients, develop effective solutions, and deliver results within OTS.

Key Responsibilities:

About Our Team:

Our team is responsible for the planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional programs, encompassing both software and hardware. We focus on fostering alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various product initiatives.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing program plans, defining objectives, and establishing governance structures to ensure alignment with business goals, managing risks, and tracking progress against milestones.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Identifying risks, assessing their potential impact, and formulating mitigation strategies.
  • Analyzing and deriving data insights through PA/BI and disseminating those insights to broader stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management with software engineering teams.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to various operational centers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Expertise in business analysis, metrics, reporting, and analytical tools/languages such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI to translate data into meaningful insights.

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by various factors including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, and depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be included as part of a total compensation package, along with a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
