About Operations Technology Solutions (OTS)
OTS is on the lookout for technical specialists to enhance our team. We seek a customer-oriented, analytically and technically proficient Senior Program Manager (TPM) who can innovate for our clients, develop effective solutions, and deliver results within OTS.
Key Responsibilities:

About Our Team:
Our team is responsible for the planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional programs, encompassing both software and hardware. We focus on fostering alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various product initiatives.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing program plans, defining objectives, and establishing governance structures to ensure alignment with business goals, managing risks, and tracking progress against milestones.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Identifying risks, assessing their potential impact, and formulating mitigation strategies.
- Analyzing and deriving data insights through PA/BI and disseminating those insights to broader stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management with software engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to various operational centers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
- Expertise in business analysis, metrics, reporting, and analytical tools/languages such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI to translate data into meaningful insights.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by various factors including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, and depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be included as part of a total compensation package, along with a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
