About the Role

Amazon World Wide Operations is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional projects within our Transportation Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute program strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Collaborate with business leaders and teams to identify and prioritize projects and initiatives
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Communicate project status, risks, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional programs and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to understand business drivers and priorities
