Standard Work Hours:
Weekend Days F-Su 4am – 4pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct troubleshooting on machinery including mechanical presses, lathes, shears, welders, and more.
- Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
- Ensure machines, fixtures, and jigs are maintained in optimal working condition.
- Disassemble machinery to replace defective components.
- Repair or install new parts, reassembling equipment to meet performance standards.
- Create and attach specialized fixtures, guards, or safety devices.
- Relocate and install equipment as necessary.
- Perform various tasks as directed by the Group Leader.

Qualifications for Success:
- A two-year Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Proficiency in using a computer for parts searches and entering work into a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods, sit, and perform manual tasks including stooping and bending.
- Must pass a pre-employment physical examination, including a baseline lifting test of at least 50 pounds.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
