About the Role

KurzSolutions is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for preparing, assaying, and administering radiopharmaceutical doses to patients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceutical doses to patients, ensuring accurate and safe administration.
  • Operate nuclear medicine equipment, including SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT scanners, to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Obtain and analyze clinical data from patients, electronic charts, and requisitions to ensure accurate and effective treatment.
  • Perform exposure rate calculations and understand radiation safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with nuclear medicine physicians to perform radionuclide therapy and administer therapeutic doses.
  • Develop and implement quality management methods to ensure patient safety and accurate imaging results.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
  • Completion of an NMTCB-recognized nuclear medicine technology program or a program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT).
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
