About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at JobRialto as a Practice Representative. In this critical front-desk role, you will be responsible for managing patient access, answering and screening a high volume of incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent typing abilities, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct patient access to the practice by answering, screening, and processing a high volume of incoming calls in a dedicated call center.
  • Perform front desk receptionist duties, including checking patients in and out of appointments.
  • Ensure that all calls are handled promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and addressing patient inquiries.
  • Exert up to 10lbs of force occasionally for tasks such as carrying, pushing, lifting, or pulling.
  • Maintain a professional, calm, and helpful demeanor while handling a high volume of patient interactions.
  • Accurately input and update patient information in the EPIC system.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff and medical personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Sit for extended periods, with occasional walking and standing required as part of front desk responsibilities.
Requirements
  • EPIC Experience (required).
  • Strong customer service experience with the ability to effectively manage patient interactions.
  • Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry.
  • Ability to exert up to 10lbs of force occasionally for carrying, lifting, or pulling.
  • Availability for a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and flu vaccine (medical exemptions are accepted).
  • Comfortable with onsite duties, including checking patients in and out at the front desk.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
