Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Associate Manager to join our team at The Newbury Boston. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including but not limited to: scheduling staff, handling guest complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide expert knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation to answer guest inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize industry-leading technology to manage front desk operations, including but not limited to: room assignments, keyless entry systems, and electronic messaging.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a front desk position within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is approximately $60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
