Job Summary

Azenta Inc. is a global leader in the life sciences space, and we are seeking an HR Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development teams. As an integral partner, you will manage onboarding and learning and development activities, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for all new hires, internal transfers, and conversions, including creating and sending offer letters, verifying paperwork, and partnering with IT to confirm access requests.
  • Facilitate and deliver New Hire Orientation for North America.
  • Update candidate records and job postings in the recruiting system.
  • Support the University Relations Program and the Internship Program.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Support the Learning and Development team by maintaining training programs, assisting with scheduling, and managing the LMS.
  • Assist in the coordination of other HR activities and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of experience in an operational and/or administrative support role within the recruiting function.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in dealing with all documents, files, and communications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and experience with Applicant Tracking systems, preferably Workday.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
