Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Royalton Manor. As a Nurse Leader, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Supervise and mentor our team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care.
- Assess patient health and notify physicians of any changes in status, promptly implementing new orders.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient assessments, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Contribute to patient assessments and the development of care plans, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
