Job Title: Assistant Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Team Lead to join our team at Sarpinos Pizzeria.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the store management in maintaining a clean and efficient operation, ensuring high-quality customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing the store each shift, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Employee Management: Assist in scheduling employees, provide guidance and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and contribute to the development of staff members.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by providing excellent service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in ordering food and supplies, monitor inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing fresh vegetables for the line, making food orders for deliveries, and supporting dough preparation and panning.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
