Dining Services Director

New Horizon Foods, a renowned dining contract company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a seasoned Dining Services Director to join their team. Located in Chaska, MN, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional to lead and guide a team towards the goals of the dining department.
The ideal candidate will have extensive cooking experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team. Prior experience as a team leader is essential, along with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
This is a full-time position that requires reliability and flexibility, with no late nights guaranteed. The salary for this role is approximately $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
As a Dining Services Director at New Horizon Foods, you will be responsible for menu development within provided guidelines, ordering and maintaining inventory, hiring and developing team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas, while following all safety and sanitation procedures.
In addition to your culinary expertise, you will need to possess knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, and be able to work on your feet for extended periods. Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
