We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the PACE Center. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional support to our patients, families, and healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and reschedule appointments, coordinate transportation, and ensure smooth communication with patients and families.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
  • Experience: One to two years of administrative experience in a medical setting required.
  • Skills: Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in administrative software.
