Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dining Supervisor to join our team at Fooda. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our food hall, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of our food hall, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Oversee the set-up, restocking, and breakdown of the cafeteria daily
  • Ensure all customers are rung up and properly charged for goods purchased
  • Update and maintain POS software and database on a daily basis
  • Assist the Dining Manager with weekly accounting responsibilities and ensure all financial entries are documented properly
  • Escalate any potential issues or questions to the Director when necessary

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in large food service or enterprise catering
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
