Key Responsibilities

  • Process multiple-state payrolls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist client owners and employees with payroll-related questions and concerns
  • Calculate and withhold garnishments, as well as track paid leave accruals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and employees
Requirements
  • Experience in accounting and/or processing payroll
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software

Resource Management, Inc. offers a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match. This is a full-time position, with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, occasional flexibility may be required to meet business needs. The salary range for this position is $39,520 - $44,928 per year.
