Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our brand and engages our online community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a creative and data-driven social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation and Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
  • Community Building: Engage and grow our online community by interacting with influencers, athletes, potential hires, and brand clients.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics across all platforms, using data to refine strategies and report key insights to leadership.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to integrate social media campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Trends: Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and content creation tools.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools, with experience in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
  • Exceptional Content Creation Skills: Exceptional content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and basic video editing.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and pivot strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building communities and excitement internally and externally.
