Position Summary:

The Flight Commander will oversee the safe operation of our aircraft, which includes a fleet of Falcon 900EX EASY and Challenger 850 models. This role requires a thorough understanding of aviation protocols and the ability to work closely with other crew members.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1500 flight hours with a Commercial license, including instrument and multiengine ratings
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certification
  • Valid US Passport
  • Two-year college degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Clean FAA/DOT/DOJ records

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2500 flight hours and ATP certification
  • 500 hours of turbojet experience
  • Experience in multi-pilot crew environments utilizing Crew Resource Management (CRM)
  • CL-65 or DA-EASY type rating

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with flight crew to ensure the safe operation of aircraft
  • Maintain proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems and procedures
  • Conduct preflight inspections to verify airworthiness in compliance with regulations
  • Assess weather conditions prior to flights
  • Assist with passenger and baggage handling at terminals
  • Engage with passengers and company personnel professionally
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or Chief Pilot

Travel and Work Requirements:

  • Extensive domestic and occasional international travel
  • Relocation assistance available within proximity to the regional airport

  • Availability to work weekends and company holidays
