Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Sam's Xpress Car Wash. This role will play a crucial part in the operation and leadership of our car washes, ensuring efficient and effective management to drive productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment, motivate team members to achieve their best performance, and provide continuous coaching and development.
  • Customer Service: Establish and demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any service-related issues.
  • Operational Management: Assist the Site Manager in managing the team, ensuring a professional appearance and attitude, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Financial Management: Promote sales, manage expenses, and maximize profitability, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team with a positive and fun attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication with staff and customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to multitask effectively.
Work Environment:

This role will work at a job site location, exposed to various weather conditions. Hours of work include, but are not limited to, the hours of operation, with evenings and weekends required. Must be flexible and able to work 10-12 hour days.
