Job Description

As a Customer Outcomes Platform Architect, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes.

This is a highly consultative role that requires a deep understanding of technology strategy, governance, data, and solution design. You'll work closely with our customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams to deliver best practices and drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with CIOs and business leaders to understand their vision and how ServiceNow fits into their digital transformation journey.
  • Translate business objectives into outcomes and create customer roadmaps that drive success.
  • Lead enterprise architecture efforts, analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints that outline solutions to achieve complex business objectives.
  • Establish and manage technical governance processes to ensure successful go-lives, end-user adoption, and ongoing support.
  • Advocate for ServiceNow's advisory and expert services best practices and industry use cases with clients.
  • Contribute thought leadership on how Advisory, Expert Services, and Co-Delivery can optimize to achieve customer outcomes.
Requirements
  • Cloud Application Technology Experience: Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow Platform Experience required, Cloud Platform certification(s), and significant role in implementation of one or more; SFDC, WKDAY, Success Factors, Oracle Cloud, Remedy.
  • Consulting Experience: Management Consulting Experience preferred, (Big 4, Strategy Firm) or OEM software or Cloud company, 8+ years of experience in management consulting leadership roles at a top-tier consulting company focused on technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software).
  • Enterprise Architecture Experience: 10+ years large program experience leading architecture and design, Enterprise Architect certification (TOGAF, IT4IT, etc), Database, core data design, Security, integrations.
  • Meet and Maintain the requirements to work in a FedRAMP environment.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $129,500-$202,250.00 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
