Role Summary:
The Senior Platform Architect serves as a strategic advisor, guiding clients in establishing a robust technical framework within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with CIOs and business leaders to align ServiceNow's capabilities with their digital transformation objectives.

    • Collaborate with client enterprise architects to position ServiceNow as a pivotal component of their digital strategy.

  • Ensure optimal platform health by reviewing configurations and recommending improvements to align with best practices.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to implement effective governance models for successful project delivery and user adoption.
  • Promote ServiceNow's advisory services and industry best practices to clients.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through methodologies and white papers that enhance customer outcomes.
  • Guide clients through solution design processes and key technical implementation decisions.
  • Define solutions that leverage out-of-the-box capabilities across the platform.
  • Support sales initiatives by refining client visions into actionable plans and estimates.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Cloud Application Expertise:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
    • Relevant cloud platform certifications.
    • Experience with implementations of platforms such as SFDC, Oracle Cloud, or similar.
    • Familiarity with enterprise workflow solutions.
  • Consulting Background:
    • Experience in management consulting, preferably with top-tier firms or cloud technology companies.
    • 8+ years in leadership roles focused on technology strategy and enterprise software.
    • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Enterprise Architecture Proficiency:
    • 10+ years leading large-scale architecture and design initiatives.
    • Relevant enterprise architect certifications (e.g., TOGAF).
    • Knowledge in database design, security, and integrations.
  • Compliance Requirements:
    • Ability to meet criteria for working in regulated environments.
