Position Overview

We are seeking a Live-in Assistant Hotel Manager for our esteemed Soap Lake Natural Spa & Resort. This role can be tailored as a short-term, part-time, or full-time position, with potential for a hybrid work arrangement. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance customer service experiences, manage financial aspects, and coordinate food and beverage services. Additionally, responsibilities will include receptionist tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations
  • Enhance customer service and satisfaction
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning
  • Coordinate food and beverage services
  • Perform receptionist duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Proficient in customer service, sales, and receptionist tasks
  • Experience in budgeting and food & beverage management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous
  • Prior experience in hotel management is preferred
