- Groundskeeping: Oversee and assist with groundskeeping activities, including landscaping, irrigation, and trash collection.
- Infrastructure Repair and Maintenance: Maintain and repair all resort infrastructure, including private water and sewer systems, utilities, and mechanical systems.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as rebuilding docks, re-roofing cottages, and remodeling or reorganizing the shop.
- Education and Experience: College, trade school, or military training in a relevant field, plus 5+ years of hands-on experience in general maintenance, construction, engineering, or a trade.
- Leadership and Supervisory Experience: Proven experience in supervising a team and leading projects.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Technical Skills: General knowledge of technical fields, such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical.
