  • Maintain a high level of store condition and appearance.
  • Assist and support all managers as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of cannabis-related retail experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of Retail/Customer Service Management experience.
  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Must pass any and all required background checks.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Comfortable working on a computer and learning new systems.
  • Proficient with documents, spreadsheets, and email.

Physical Demands

The Assistant Manager regularly works evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our facility. Successful performance of this role requires that the incumbent is physically able to move freely between different parts of the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and spend several hours a day viewing a computer screen. This position is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
