Payment Center Representative

At Springbrook Software, we're seeking a skilled Payment Center Representative to provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Work with customers to process payments over the phone, utilizing credit cards or bank checks.
- Become an expert on the Xpress Bill Pay system, assisting end-users with account setup and troubleshooting.
- Utilize the Xpress Bill Pay ticketing system to track and resolve customer issues.
- Enter relevant case data into the CRM to log customer interactions.
- Determine the urgency of issues and escalate as necessary.
- Update internal databases with technical information and process documentation.
- Share knowledge with team members and maintain awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in customer support, preferably in a call-center environment.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Organized, positive attitude, and a team player.
- Ability to work with others to research and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
- Understanding and experience working in the payments area.
- Prior work experience in local government or providing support for a SaaS product.
