Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead DSP - Site Supervisor to manage the overall operations of our group home site in Plymouth, MN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, assisting with daily staffing, performance management, client programming, training, budgeting, and scheduling as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the group home site, including direct care for residents
  • Assist with daily staffing, performance management, client programming, training, budgeting, and scheduling as needed
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident outcomes and quality of care
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Provide coaching and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 3 years of group home experience and at least 1 year of management/scheduling experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to pass a background check through DHS
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
