We are seeking an experienced Automotive DMV Clerk to join our team at Harbor Auto Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing DMV paperwork, handling legal transfers of documents, and processing wholesales and street purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process DMV paperwork on approximately 300 car deals.
  • Handle the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Process all wholesales and street purchases.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in automotive accounting performing automotive DMV work.
  • Exceptional working knowledge of Dealership DMS (Dealertrack).
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel (or Google Docs).
  • Love people well.
  • Willingness to Listen and Learn.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations.
