Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, leadership, and customer service, and will be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
  • Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing efforts
  • Supervise and lead a small team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
Licensing Requirements
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
