About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to pursue new clients.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles, with a strong understanding of business development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
