Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Church Ministry team in resourcing events and field staff with equipment and materials. The successful candidate will ensure timely shipments, track assets, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Church Ministry staff in identifying materials for upcoming events and communicating with event staff and distribution services to ensure events are properly resourced.
  • Locate and confirm warehouse facilities for tour materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics.
  • Load, unload, and inspect tour materials, ensuring quality control and inventory accuracy.
  • Work closely with distribution services to ensure accurate and timely shipments to venues.
  • Provide prompt responses to questions and issues related to materials and shipment delivery.
  • Evaluate returned materials and update inventory as necessary.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent and related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a timely and safe manner, with a focus on completing tasks within deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing work and managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a conventional office environment, with occasional travel to tour locations for extended periods (estimated 2-3 weeks, one or two times per year).
