Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Church Ministry team in resourcing events and field staff with equipment and materials. The successful candidate will ensure timely shipments, track assets, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Church Ministry staff in identifying materials for upcoming events and communicating with event staff, Distribution Services, and field contacts to ensure events are properly resourced.
- Locate and confirm warehouse facilities for tour materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Load, offload, and inventory tour materials, ensuring quality control and accuracy.
- Work closely with Distribution Services to ensure accurate and timely shipments to venues.
- Provide prompt responses to questions and issues related to materials and shipment delivery.
- Evaluate returned materials and update inventory as necessary.
- Collaborate with Distribution Services to initiate sales orders and process internal requests.
- College degree or equivalent and related experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through.
- Capacity to build and cultivate cross-departmental relationships.
- Conventional office environment.
- Required to travel to tour locations for the duration of the tour schedule, estimated 2-3 weeks of continuous travel one or two times per year.
