Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
  • Prepare patient charts, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicate with referring offices to ensure timely care.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with dental terminology and office procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience and location.
