Job Title: Regional Business Coach

Job Summary:

The Regional Business Coach is a key role within Nothing Bundt Franchising LLC, responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across a designated region. This individual will serve as a liaison between the Support Office and Bakery Owners, delivering company objectives and fostering regular communication to ensure alignment and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted bakery visits to provide coaching, training, and education to Bakery Owners, ensuring brand protection and driving success.
  • Analyze business opportunities and areas for improvement with Bakery Owners, preparing short- and long-term business goals.
  • Facilitate Business Reviews to improve results and achieve excellence within Bakery locations.
  • Consult with Bakery Owners to drive operational effectiveness, guest service execution, food safety, brand standards, sales growth, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute coaching sessions with Bakery Owners not meeting performance or operational expectations, creating action plans to improve performance.
  • Proactively identify and problem-solve potential issues with Bakery Owners and/or Bakeries, leveraging internal support as necessary.
  • Consult with Bakery Owners to evaluate new development opportunities and grow market share.
  • Support new bakery opening processes and provide ongoing training and follow-up to increase productivity and profitability.
  • Translate NbC financial benchmarks to Nothing Bundt Cake operators, creating and executing strategies to maximize sales and control expenses.
  • Assist in marketing plan execution, ensuring strategies support 10,000 bites of Joy and overall growth and profitability.
  • Provide owner/operators with guidance and collaboration to improve the efficiency of their daily operations.
  • Organize and conduct regional meetings that constructively engage Owners with value-added content.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of franchise, restaurant, or retail operations experience.
  • 1-2 years of multi-unit management experience (preferred).
  • Associates, BA/BS degree a plus.
  • Ability to travel.
