Aspen Dental Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist to join our team as a Clinical Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a patient-centric team, assuming excellent quality of care, and adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
- Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
- Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with Operations team to attain financial objectives
- Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
- Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
