Pain Management Registered Nurse

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pain Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing professional nursing practice centered on the patient's needs, creating a caring environment focused on healing and wellness.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement evidence-based nursing practices and current research to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a culture of compassion, acceptance, respect, and empathy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Some positions may require ACLS certification.
