Role Summary: The Regulatory Affairs Labeling Specialist will be responsible for the preparation and evaluation of regulatory labeling documents in accordance with Reference Listed Drug labeling, FDA guidelines, and internal practices at Sandoz.

This role involves:

  • Supporting the labeling review process with a focus on quality assurance and data integrity.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Applying strategic thinking and pharmaceutical knowledge during the preparation and review processes.
  • Utilizing technical skills to learn new software features that assist in labeling preparation and review.

Key Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in labeling and review processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A background in generic labeling is advantageous.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a scientific or English discipline is required.

Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1-2 years in the pharmaceutical sector, including at least one year focused on labeling, or an Associate’s degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Location: Onsite

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
