Job Summary

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Department Manager in developing and implementing quality service standards
  • Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor and maintain the department to ensure all side work is complete
  • Interact with guests to ensure a positive experience and attend daily pre-meal meetings
  • Conduct ongoing service training and assist in completing daily shift reports
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service
  • Minimum of two years' experience in Food and Beverage
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Exceptional guest recovery skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt to new software products
  • Dependability and availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • College Degree
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a luxury hotel
Physical Requirements

This role requires standing and walking for most of the working day, with the ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours. Manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing are also required.
