Job Summary:
Our company, ESP Enterprises Inc., is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Benefits Analyst to join our team in the oil field services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, administering, and managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other company-sponsored benefits. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of benefits regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and assist in developing policies and benefit plans covering Health & Welfare Benefits, including accident, health, and dental insurance coverage, as well as Financial Benefits, such as retirement (401K), international retirement, profit sharing, and pension plans.
• Deliver open enrollment and ongoing benefit communications to employees.
• Stay up-to-date on current benefit trends and legislative requirements to maintain equity and market competitiveness in benefit programs.
• Research various benefit issues and provide recommendations.
• Assist in the accounting and auditing of plans.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 2 years' benefits experience preferred.
Desired Skills:
• Oracle experience is a must.
• Microsoft Suite is a must.
• Extensive knowledge of benefit programs and laws relating to benefits.
• Advanced PC skills.
• Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Super sharp, action-oriented, results-driven.
