Senior Financial Institution Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Derivative Path. As a Senior Financial Institution Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with regional and community banks, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to target regional and community banks
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at these institutions
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in a sales role focused on financial institutions
* Strong understanding of Asset Liability Management (ALM) at community and regional banks
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
